DS 1.6.3 - Network throughput hardcoded to EN0 (this is wrong)

I have just noticed on a MacBook Air (I more often use MacBook Pro laptops) that the throughput display is hardcoded to EN0. THis originally was a reasonable assumption since originally that corresponded to the built-in Ethernet interface on Macs. However the MacBook Air and the MacBook Pro Retina Display both lack a built-in Ethernet interface and therefore on these models EN0 is the WiFi interface.

As a result the in/out throughput for EN0 is of course zero.

Since it is not possible to NetBoot over WiFi this is no longer a valid assumption. When I image these models I use either a Thunderbolt to Ethernet adapter or a USB to Ethernet adapter and these would usually be EN1.

DeployStudio therefore needs to be modified to not always look at EN0 and instead should look for the active interface EN1, EN2 or other.

Note: The disk throughput is shown correctly.
